Securus Announces Executive Positions

RAYMOND E. SHIRK, Founder and CEO of SECURUS is pleased to announce the following promotions within the Executive Leadership Team for Securus:

RYAN E. NEFF, RFC - President and Wealth Coach for the Securus Wealth Management Division has been promoted to President of The Securus Group, Inc. Ryan will provide the foresight and direction for all Securus entities to encourage growth and profitability with focus on the company's vision to be recognized as the preferred Business Services Group by our Associates, Clients, Community and Business Partners. He will remain as President of the financial division continuing to lead that department with focus for the business and personal financial services and wealth management for existing and potential clients. Ryan is a resident of Manheim, PA and holds a degree in finance from Shippensburg University and the professional designation of RFC - (Registered Financial Consultant). Ryan serves on the board of the Manheim Sertoma Club, Manheim PA and most recently on the Board of Directors at the Hands-On-House, Lititz, PA, where throughout the past year, he served as chairman of the board ending that term in October, 2010. DENNIS L. SPENCER - Vice President has been named Senior Vice President. A member of the Executive Leadership Team, Dennis will remain as a business relationship manager handling his book of business, actively assisting with public relations and manage the Risk Management Division. Dennis resides in Lititz, PA., and has served on the Board of The Ephrata Community Hospital.

LISA I. SPENCER, CIC, CISR, - Director of Agency Operations was named Vice President of Agency Operations. Lisa serves on the Executive Leadership Team and oversees the supervision and coordination of all aspects of customer service, claims, and staffing in all divisions of the agency. She holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) since 2003. A resident of Lititz, PA, Lisa is also a member of the Lancaster County Association of Human Resource Management.
